For the past twenty five years have I , Hugo Lammertse, been restoring and selling antiques. Upon request, I have also manufactured many tables made of cherry, walnut and oak wood. You are welcome to visit my studio in Dordrecht, for any type of (antique) furniture restauration, veneer to damaged polish. Over the years I have specialised myself in cabinets of Louis Philippe. These are French cabinets often made of solid cherry, walnut or oak wood. Their simplicity compliments their class. They also pre-eminently suit a modern interior as they warrant additional style/class .
I collect the cabinets myself in France, sometimes as a result of a specific request by a client. The most important criterion for my selection is that the furniture has specifically been made by local craftsmen according to traditional methods. Therefore, they have something rather unique about them. Every one of them creates its own atmosphere and has its own history.
Every item of furniture will be restored for you personally and placed to suit your interior. If necessary, certain adjustments will be discussed with you in accordance with your specifications
